Your signup for a workshop is your acceptance of the below cancellation and studio policies.
Registering for a Workshop
Workshops with Bonnie online interactive, personal mentoring, or at her home studio:
Notification of withdraw must be sent in writing (e-mail is fine) and refunds will be made as follows less a $50 processing fee.
If sign ups handled by a third party you are subject to their cancellation policy!

THIRD PARTY PAYMENTS
Many of our offerings a third party handles registration and collection of funds and you will be directed to those sites, this includes courses and workshops at the Smithsonian, Glen Echo and Anything in Stained Glass.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
No refunds less than 7 days in advance. 100%, studio credit 30+ days notice, less a $50 admin fee. See workshop cancellation policy tab above for specifics. If sign ups and payments via a third party you are subject to their cancellation policy.
PAYMENT DIRECTLY TO MAVERICK MOSAICS
For workshops at Maverick Mosaics private studio and our Hacienda Mosaico annual trip, funds are collected by Maverick Mosaics. Click through on workshop pages to shopping cart. You MUST be Covid vaccinated to attend any in person workshop with Bonnie Fitzgerald.
CLASS ENROLLMENT
Course registration is on a first come first served basis. Payment confirms your enrollment. Classes are often wait listed so register early! Most classes have maximum and minimum enrollment. If course is cancelled because it did not meet minimum enrollment you will receive a full refund.
SUPPLY & MATERIALS FEES
If there is a separate supply and materials fee noted in the course description you will pay this to the instructor on the first day of class. Cash or check please.
PRIVATE CONSULTATION
In person or via Zoom Bonnie will consult about your project, regardless of your skill level. Sending questions in advance most helpful. $135 per hour, one hour minimum and we can get a heck of a lot done in one hour.
Workshop Cancellation & Studio Policies

Notification of withdraw must be sent in writing (e-mail is fine) and refunds will be made as follows less a $50 processing fee.
- 100% Cash Refund – 30 or more days before the start date of the course less a $50 processing fee
- 100% Studio Credit – between 30 and 7 days notice before the start date of the course, less a $50 processing fee. Credits may be used for future interactive workshop or study group sessions. Studio credit ONLY APPLIES to offerings by Make it Mosaics Online or Maverick Mosaics Online Interactive.
- Credits must be used within six months from the date of cancellation. Credits can not be used for workshops that sign-up is handled by a third party (Glen Echo Park, Smithsonian, Anything in Stained Glass)
- No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations made 7 days or less before the start date. No exceptions.
- All studio credits must be used within six months of time credit is issued.

Supply Fees
Unless otherwise noted supply costs are quoted along-side the class tuition fee. Supply fees are payable to the instructor at the first class.
Photography
Often work in progress photos and images of complete student works are helpful to share with future students. Your sign up for the workshop is your permission to use images of your work, or you, unless you tell us otherwise.
Any artworks you see in presentation materials are for educational purposes only and you agree to not copy or publish without the permission of BOTH the artist and Bonnie Fitzgerald.
